Skype for Business policy setting - organization presenter rights

Scenario description

It is important to consider who can be a presenter during your Skype for Business meetings.  Allowing attendees to share their content makes collaboration easier.

In this scenario, you can configure the Skype for Business Meeting Policy to allow all users from your organization to be designated as presenters when they join a meeting.

This is one of the settings which can only be configured by using Windows PowerShell.

To begin, you will need to load the LyncOnlineConnector module to be able to configure Skype for Business settings.
Import-Module LyncOnlineConnector
$credential = Get-credential
$lyncSession = New-CsOnlineSession -Credential $credential
Import-PSSession $lyncSession
You can now configure the Skype for Business policy to designate all attendees as presenters.
Set-CsMeetingConfiguration  -DesignateAsPresenter "Everyone"
To configure the Skype for Business policy to designate only company attendees as presenters.
Set-CsMeetingConfiguration  -DesignateAsPresenter "Company"
To disable this feature use the following command.
Set-CsMeetingConfiguration  -DesignateAsPresenter "None"
